Exchange/return conditions

You have 15 days to proceed with the exchange/return of your order.

Contact us within days of your purchase, by email or phone call, and inform us of your intention to return/exchange the product. You must tell us at all times the order number to which the exchange/return refers. 

You will not have to provide any explanation, any item, purchased at Boltey, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.

On the returns for a refund, the retuns are on the buyer side and we do not manage it. We must receive the return within 20 days of your return comunication.

Once we have received the order at our center, we will proceed to send you the new size or item change. Or refund of the amount in a maximum of 30 days.

Cancel order:

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the merchandise is shipped, the customer will not have any costs. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
