Shipping policy

Shipping:

The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of registration if the invoice is expressly requested.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.

The established shipping time will be 3-5 business days from receipt of payment by card. During sales and promotion periods, the delivery time may be longer than usual.

An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt note.

The cost of shipping to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands is 6 euros, for purchases of more than 2 Boltey products, it will be free. For orders placed from Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, shipping costs will be 6 euros, but customers will bear customs costs.
